I make a killer apple cake. I also make a Rhubarb Pie, Strawberry Rhubarb, and about a dozen other pies but my favorite of everything is my Dutch Apple Pie. I love baking because to me it’s much more of a science than an art and I get to spend some fun time with the kiddos not over a hot ass stove.
Cooking is an art, if baking is a science. I love to cook breakfast for some reason (i.e. omelettes, quiche, frittatas, crepes), and I tend to cook on the healthier side when I do (tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, etc), and not the sweet side (strawberry syrup French Toast, for example).
