For a more tailored “What is Medium, regarding TRD?” type question, basically, it is only written content, for now. No asks, no audios (yet). At first, it will seem like all my old best stuff; eventually, most of my written pieces will be there as I write them.
However, why you should do Medium is this – Medium is a unique and awesome platform for the thinker demographic that in my opinion, has just a ton of good, thought-provoking articles. If you like to read erotica, tech news, information on culture, politics, business, or life in general in a very open, well-written forum on the cheap, Medium is for you.
It’s not all smut. In fact, little of it is. It’s like the New York Times meets the Atlantic meets the New Yorker meets Literotica meets independent writers who actually are good at what they do. You don’t go to medium and get seen if you suck.
So if you subscribe there, I am there, and if you like my stuff, great. If you don’t care about all those other writers and just want my content, then Patreon is the way to go.
It is not like Patreon – Patreon has far more written content (in fact, all of it not in future books), as well as everything else I do, from audios, a community forum, videos, chat, teleconferencing, one-off custom stories, and more. But if you are only interested in written content and want to get a lot more content from other writers, Medium may be the way to go.
