I suggest you read this Ask linked here. My thoughts are that rape play is not the therapy to overcome a real traumatic event – therapy is.
Only once a person comes to terms with their trauma, gains power over it, understands deep down that none of it was their doing, that the person who did it is an extremely fucked up person – then you have a sense of power.
That power will give you freedom to explore all kinks and see them logically as what they really are – kinks – nothing more.
I like the GIFs above because at my core I respect and value strong women the most, even more than strong men. Call it feminism, strength, independence, being a badass mom, whatever. It is just women kicking ass and it is beautiful to see.
Find your inner strength and run with it. Find a way to put the past in the past. Women are so blessed to do what we cannot do easily as men – which is being able to critically think and multitask far beyond our innate capabilities. I wish I thought as swiftly as a woman; I’d conquer the world.
Your biggest enemy is yourselves and seeing a traumatic event limit your ability is sad to see, so deal with it head on, gain power over it, and do whatever the hell you want to do, because as a woman, you can.
